Rookies Who Could Break Fantasy in 2026
Five first-year players with league-winning upside.
The NFL Draft just gave us a handful of rookies with genuine league-winning upside.
Here are five first-year players who could break fantasy football in 2026.
#5 Chris Bell
Bell tore his ACL in December but is reportedly ahead of schedule. He's 6'2, 212 pounds with 4.3 speed. In 2025 at Louisville he posted 106 targets, 72 catches, 917 yards, and 6 TDs in just 11 games. The Dolphins took him in Round 3 and their WR room is a ghost town after trading Waddle and releasing Hill.
#4 Nicholas Singleton
Singleton broke his foot at the Senior Bowl but should be 100% by week 1. He leaves Penn State as the all-time leader in TDs (55) and all-purpose yards (5,586) on a career 5.6 YPC average. The Titans took him in Round 5, and both Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears are in contract years. Second-half upside is real.
#3 Carnell Tate
First WR off the board at pick 4. He should start immediately. Last year's Titans top WRs were both 4th-round rookies. Wan'Dale Robinson is the new slot guy, leaving Tate as the X. Brian Daboll is the new OC. He turned rookie Malik Nabers into 170 targets and 1,204 yards.
#2 Jordyn Tyson
Might be the best WR in this class. His 2.37 yards per route run and 86% success rate vs. zone are among the best in the class. Olave finished 5th in the NFL in targets last year but has struggled to stay healthy. Behind those two, there's not much target competition.
#1 Jadarian Price
Price might be sitting in the best RB situation of any rookie. He went for 746 yards on 6 yards per carry with 11 TDs in 2025 at Notre Dame. The Seahawks took him at pick 32 in Round 1. Kenneth Walker left for the Chiefs and Charbonnet is rehabbing a torn ACL. His only competition is Emanuel Wilson and George Holani.
